Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Crawler Crane (Special) Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate crawler cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads safely and efficiently, contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate crawler cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment.
• Perform pre-operational inspections, including checking fluid levels, controls, brakes, and other critical components.
• Follow lift plans and communicate with ground personnel to ensure safe and accurate placement of loads.
• Monitor and adjust crane movements to account for changing weather conditions, such as wind or rain.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance, and inspections.
• Assist in routine maintenance and minor repairs of crane equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Crawler Crane Operator, preferably with experience in special or heavy-duty cranes.
• Valid crane operator certification from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of crane safety protocols and load chart interpretation.
• Ability to read and interpret lift plans and communicate effectively with ground personnel.
• Physical stamina and good hand-eye coordination.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
