Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee and coordinate the work of our construction team. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of construction teams.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings and provide guidance and training to crew members.
  • Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain records of work progress, materials used, and crew performance.
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of company tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents.
  • Relevant certification or training in construction or a related field.
