Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Project Supervisor to lead our teams and ensure the successful execution of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and scheduling to monitoring progress and ensuring completion within time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and efficient progress.
  • Supervise on-site teams, including contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, budget tracking, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role in the energy or construction industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Relevant certifications in project management or related field.
